Heartfelt film that's full of soul and real, human characters. In particular, Bardem gives an incredible performance with layers and subtelty to his lead role.

Started out as a 7 and gradually ascended to a 9 towards the end. Great acting, although the spirit of the film felt a bit too 'modern' for me at times. Special shout out to the actor of Hamnet as he smashed it.
